Returns Policy
Our promise
Every cut leaves our counter freshly butchered. If you're not delighted with your order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Refunds & replacements
Where a fault is verified, we will offer a like-for-like replacement or a full refund of the affected item. Please retain the product and packaging until we've reached a resolution.
Perishable notice
As with all fresh meat, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please store your order at or below 4°C and consume within the recommended window.
