Placing an order

All orders are subject to availability. We hand-cut every order the same day, so occasionally an item may need to be substituted; we will always contact you first.

Prices & payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. This site is a demonstration — no payment is taken here. Please arrange payment in-store, over the phone, or by bank transfer when we contact you.

Delivery & collection

We deliver locally within Pembrokeshire and offer collection from our Freystrop shop. Delivery slots are arranged directly.

Freshness guarantee

All meat is butchered to order. If for any reason you are not delighted with your order, please contact us within 48 hours.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
